Warranty

The Company warrants to the original buyer of this product that the hardware is free of defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified for each product. Should this product fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, the Company, at its sole option, will repair or replace the defective product with an identical product or product having similar features and functionality as determined by the Company.

If the product has been modified without written approval by the Company, or the failure is a result of misuse, abuse or misapplication as determined by the Company, the warranty is void and the Company has no obligation to repair or replace the product.

Under no circumstance will the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Company's products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply. The Company reserves the right to make modifications in both hardware and software without prior notification.

 

Orders

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover as forms of credit card payment. To safeguard against credit card fraud, we use Verisign to verify the information entered by the buyer. After the buyer submits the information, Verisign places a hold on the total amount. In the event that the verification fails or the buyer decides not to complete the order, Verisign still places a hold on the amount. This hold will be cleared within 1 to 3 business days.
  • After the order has been placed, it's too late to cancel or modify your order. Please verify all information you put in the order form before you click "Finish" to place the order. If you change your mind after the order is placed, we offer the convenience of returns and exchanges. Please refer to Return or Exchange at below.
  • Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SIIG Online Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will generally attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you gave us when you placed the order.

Return or Exchange

Before returning a product for repair, replacement or credit, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from SIIG's RMA Department by:

Step 1

Complete all information on our SIIG Online RMA Request Form and submit it to us.

Step 2

Properly pack the package including all original parts, CD, manual etc. and clearly mark the RMA number on 1) the outside of the package to be returned and 2) on the accompanying RMA form. SIIG will refuse any package without an RMA number. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to SIIG.

Step 3

After SIIG receives the returned package, a repaired or replaced product will be shipped to the customer via Ground Shipping at no cost to the customer.

Credit only applies to products purchased directly from the SIIG online store within 30 days from the date the merchandise was shipped. To obtain a credit, please follow Step 1 to Step 2 described above. After the returned merchandise is received, SIIG will only credit customer's account with the total cost of the merchandise and tax (if applicable). The cost of shipping merchandise back to SIIG will be customer's responsibility. A non-refundable $10 of handling fee will be applied to advanced replacement.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship to anywhere in the U.S. including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P. O., A.P.O. and F.P.O. boxes.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm (PST) on Friday or the day before any holiday observed by SIIG, Inc. will not be shipped until the following Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
  • Your order will be shipped within 2 working days (subject to stock availability) with our standard delivery time of 5 to 7 working days from our shipment date. In a hurry? You may select 2nd Day Air that allows the order to arrive in 2 working days from our shipment date.

 

International Shipping

  • All orders are subject to credit card approval.
  • An additional $15 of handling fee will be applied.
  • All orders will be shipped by air and shall arrive in 7-10 business days from the day the order is received.
  • The customer is responsible for all customs, duties & taxes.
